My usual turnaround is 3-5 working days but please allow up to 3 weeks for production. Ready made items will be posted within 2 working days.

Should you require something quicker, please get in touch and I will see what I can do.

Under £20 - £2.70

Over £20 - £4.35

£8 - £26 Via Royal Mail or Courier

Please get in touch for a shipping quote as smaller items don't always cost as much.

I refund any overcharges for postage 

Customs and import charges, if applicable, are the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

No returns on bespoke items such as the Fiesta collection, this is because I make the garment especially for you. If unsure about sizing then please get in touch first. I am always available for questions.

Returned items must be returned within 14 days of shipping in an unworn state with original tags attached. Please include, in the parcel,  your details so we can process your refund quicker.

We aim to refund all returns within 72 hours of receipt, we only refund to the original payment method. This is for both your security and ours. In the event that an item is returned in an unacceptable state showing signs of wear, missing tags, animal hair/fur or unpleasant odours they will be returned to you without a refund.

We currently do not except exchanges. However, you can return the item(s) for a refund.​

Return postage is the buyers responsibility so please use a tracked service with appropriate insurance. I am a, one woman, small business and not in a position to offer free returns. Any questions on sizing, please get in touch, I am always happy to help where I can.
